So today i left home around 11am and i walked a 30km trip in less than 2 hours and didn’t end up handing out any resumes, got home and ate half an apple and some a glass of fruit juice, spent a few hours swimming in the sea (my first swim ever by the way at our new house), had some ciggies, came home and had a hot shower and then my body just started shaking and i started throwing up (in the toilet luckily) and i felt so weak i couldn’t even sit up.

I went to bed and then made mom take me to maccas for a cheeseburger meal (it’s now about 6pm) and after i ate that i started feeling better, but i’m still hell weak and lacking energy. Will need a good nights rest i think ;)

Lesson learnt; you can’t survive comfortably by only eating half an apple per day…
